Each Bartra Healthcare centre has been designed with the needs of our patients and residents at the forefront, lending itself to promoting independence and ensuring dignity, privacy & respect.
Admissions
Prior to admission to any Bartra Healthcare facility, a comprehensive assessment will be undertaken by our clinical care team, which enables us to devise a care plan that encompasses each resident’s / patient’s individual care needs. Each admission is arranged so as to ensure a “stress-free” transition. The personal, social & medical needs of each resident are at the centre of every decision we make from admission onwards.
